If you decide to cancel a project after work has begun, payment will be due for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance from prepaid amounts may be refunded at our discretion, depending on the project stage and resources already allocated.
4. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our deliverables, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments to meet the agreed-upon specifications.
5. Maintenance and Support Services
For ongoing maintenance and support services, refunds are generally not provided for time periods already elapsed. If you wish to cancel a subscription service, you may do so at any time, and billing will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

- Delays caused by client-side issues, including but not limited to delayed feedback or content provision
- Changes in project requirements after work has begun
